For her entire career, Karen Koogler has worked hard to separate education from commerce. As such, The Koogler Group does not sell lists of student contacts. We do not permit marketing in our classroom courses. A decade ago, Karen exchanged a lucrative part of her career as a paid industry consultant to devote herself to passion-projects focused on Consumer protection and small business advocacy. Since then, each year, Karen personally self-funds hundreds of hours of pro bono educational consultancy projects to the tune of $100K or more per year.

Since 2022, Karen’s pro bono work has increased almost twofold. With The Domino Effect project well underway, we anticipate her time in creating new in-depth educational programs and products – as well as accepting public speaking engagements and adding a new educational consultancy service to the equation – will only increase.

Therefore, it is time to invite all industry professionals – title insurers, title (settlement) agents and agencies, and related industry vendors – to collectively invest in securing the future of the industry and, in so doing, help protect Consumers.
