NTIA Educational E-News and “Title Tutor” Program

With an ever-changing regulatory landscape that directly impacts how you do your job in the real world – including upcoming changes involving RESPA [new blended preliminary GFE/TIL disclosure and new blended GFE/TIL/HUD-1 final disclosure], ramped-up federal enforcement against violators of RESPA and GLB Privacy Act and Safeguards Rule, and ramped-up state regulatory oversight of title agents/agencies due to an alarming increase in fraud, forgery, and embezzlement – it is essential to have someone you trust, to whom you can turn, when attempting to avoid the ever-increasing liability landmines.

2012 is our ramp-up year, as we gather the best-of-the-best educational providers and industry experts together in preparation of seeding the Academy with new, timely, and [most important of all] meaningful educational offerings, in time for an official 2013 debut.

Those who develop the ability to continuously acquire new and better forms of knowledge that they can apply to their work and to their lives will be the movers and shakers in our society for the indefinite future.

NTIA E-News and Bulletins

In 2012, NTIA Members will receive semi-monthly NTIA E-News and periodic Industry Bulletins delivered to your email inbox, with full-content access to archived RESPA Final Rule E-News and Training Tutorials housed on the Training Portal of our website.

NTIA “Title Tutor” Educational Support Services

In 2012, NTIA Members receive a 20% discount on our Title Tutor Educational Support Services. Prepaid hours may be used for email Q+A, phone consultation, and/or remote training support. Rates are on a tiered basis. The more hours you retain, the more you save. Once NTIA enrolled, title agency members may identify up to five [5] employees who may utilize the agency’s retained hours.
