Indiana Title Producer Licensing

In July 2004, Indiana began requiring that title insurance producers be licensed, with most required to attend a pre-licensing course. At the request of Indiana Land Title Association, Karen Koogler stepped up to the plate and developed the 10-hour pre-licensing program. Today, Karen continues to deliver the pre-licensing program on behalf of the ILTA, and maintains the same student-approval rating as she has enjoyed in Florida.
