1. Does Karen offer PHONE Sessions?

YES. Many, if not most clients prefer speaking by phone, especially about Personal Life Issues. In addition, most prefer ‘after hours’ scheduling; so Karen generally reserves Thursday-Friday evenings (between 6 PM and 9 PM EST) and Saturday-Sunday mornings (between 9 AM and Noon EST).

2. Does Karen offer EMAIL Support?

YES. While most clients prefer PHONE sessions, Karen is happy to provide support by EMAIL.

3. Is Karen a Psychic or a Medium?

NO. Karen is an Old Soul Empath working directly with Pure Source Energy.

4. What is an Old Soul Empath?

An ‘Old Soul’ is someone who has experienced multiple incarnations. An ‘Empath’ is often described as a ‘Highly Sensitive Person’ [HSP] – a term often (sadly) used in a negative or derogatory manner. Karen, as an ‘Old Soul Empath’ has experienced several Lifetimes; and intentionally agreed to reincarnate in THIS Lifetime for the sole purpose – and ‘Soul Purpose’ – of using her Empathic gift to Help Humanity Heal.’

6. How long has Karen provided this type of Service?

Karen has spent most of her 70+ years on the planet helping other people heal from trauma and other Life Issues. She did not formalize it into “Personal Intuitive Coaching Sessions” until 2025, when she was guided by SOURCE (Energy) to establish the Circle of Creation website.

7. What is the cost of a One Hour Coaching Session?

$120. This is the same fee Karen charges clients on her Circle of Creation website. Please note that the Session, itself, is generally 50-minutes; allowing Clients to email Karen any follow-up questions.

8. What if a Session goes longer than one hour (50 minutes)?

This sometimes happens ... where the timed Session ends, but SOURCE (Energy) continues to provide information. If this happens, Karen may extend the Session slightly, if she feels it is in the ‘highest and best interest’ of the client to do so. There is no additional charge if SOURCE (Energy) causes a Session to run over its allotted time. However, should this occur, we ask that you refrain from emailing post-Session questions and, instead, book an additional Session. This maintains balanced fairness for both Karen and her clients.

9. Can I book more than a One Hour Coaching Session?

If placing your order on The Koogler Group website, the ‘Buy Page’ defaults to One Hour, but can be increased by selecting a higher number. Karen generally suggests starting with a one-hour Session, to determine your level of comfort – and then purchase additional hours, if desired. Many clients who pre-book hourly Sessions on a monthly, bi-weekly, or weekly basis – especially those working through trauma or dealing with deeply emotional issues. Healing takes time…

10. Does Karen offer post-Session follow-up?

As noted above, the Session, itself, is generally 50 minutes. This allows time for you to sit quietly with the information received and EMAIL Karen any post-Session questions you may have. She generally responds to EMAIL questions within 48 hours. Sometimes, after a Session ends, SOURCE (Energy) provides additional clarity to something brought up during the Session. Should this occur, Karen will forward such information to you via email (at no additional charge).

11. Does Karen provide in-person Sessions or Zoom-FaceTime Sessions?

Generally, NO. Phone Sessions enable Karen to establish an ‘Energy-to-Energy’ connection without visual distraction.

12. Does Karen provide Group Sessions?

NO. Energy Work (Intiutive Coaching) requires one-on-one focused attention.
