On March 19, 2026 the FinCEN Residential Real Estate Rule was vacated by Court Ruling. Per an Alert on FinCEN’s website, both FinCEN and the DOJ have appealed that decision. While the court order remains in force, Reporting Persons are not required to file RE Reports with FinCEN and are not subject to liability if they fail to do so. To keep everyone up-to-date on this and any future changes that may occur, The Koogler Group sends FinCEN Bulletins via email to all Registered Students.
