Karen has been answering email-based questions from students, readers, related-industry professionals, as well as state and federal regulators throughout the country for the majority of her 50-year career as an industry educator.

Questions involve topics such as jobskills training; exam-prep; regulatory compliance; career development; and, upon request, guidance on professional and/or personal matters. All questions are welcome. Sometimes, you just need someone who will listen (with compassion and without judgment) to whatever you may be going through; and act as a sounding board to help you make informed decisions…

The vast majority of Karen’s educational consulting services are provided by email – especially for regulatory compliance issues – as she provides both a ‘real world’ (simplified) response as well as the regulatory references that go along with it. For personal support issues, private phone consultations are available (including after-hours appointments). We live (and work) in stressful times, as is evidenced by a growing number of personal questions.
