The Alabama 20-Hour Prelicensing Course VIRTUAL CLASSROOM is a live-streamed, instructor-supported program. This is NOT an on-demand self-study course. Attendees must attend all Sessions, each of which contain five (5) fifty-minute Audio Lectures. For Attendance Tracking purposes, each individual Audio-Lecture contains an embedded Code Phrase – for a total of five (5) Code Phrases per Session. To obtain a Certificate of Completion, Attendees must submit, via email, all five (5) Code Phrases within 20 minutes following each Session, to KarenKoogler@KooglerGroup.com.
This method of Attendance Tracking has been approved by the ALDOI and the Alabama Bar. Failure to submit one or more Code Phrases within a given Session may result in a mandatory online Session Quiz. Failure to submit one or more Code Phrases on multiple Sessions may result in a mandatory online Final Course Exam. The Koogler Group will administer any required Session Quizzes and Final Course Exam. The SIMPLEST method for Attendees is to comply with the Code Phrase requirement.

- The Course has been approved by the Mandatory Continuing Legal Education Commission of Alabama for a maximum of 16 hours credit, including 1 hour of ethics. These MCLE credits are for Alabama Attorney-Agents only.
