The Koogler Group is currently developing a series of ‘FutureFocus’
educational courses to accompany The Domino Effect 2nd Edition textbook.
New courses will be added throughout 2024-2025. At this time, all
courses will be available online ‘on-demand’ via our Secured Online
Training Portal. Most courses will be in audio-lecture (recorded
webinar) format, using the textbook as a seminal guide, with
accompanying key highlights to aid comprehension. Attendees are
encouraged to email questions directly to the course instructor
following course completion.
Course content is suitable for title insurers and title
(settlement) agents; attorneys and legal staff; mortgage lending and
real estate professionals; and state and federal regulatory personnel.
Most courses will be accredited for CE-CLE in Alabama and Florida for
licensed title agents and attorneys. We will also seek similar CE-CLE
accreditation in any state for any course where minimum attendance
requirements are reached. To this end, it is our intention to
collaborate with state land title associations to obtain similar
accreditation in other states. We also welcome collaboration with those
who would like to offer the courses under their own company brand
(through white-label programming) to their respective customers and
related-industry constituents.
