Full Program: Bonus and Best Value!
- Program Package includes one-time access to the Live-Stream Audio-Broadcast (Webinar) PRIOR to licensure, Textbook, Online Exam Prep, and Author/Instructor Email Support. As a BONUS, the Program Package also includes a second one-time access to the Webinar POST-LICENSURE within one year from date of Program Registration for newly licensed Title Agents.
- Bonus Feature – 20-Hours of Post-Licensure Continuing Education (CE) Included! NOTE: You must be licensed prior to accessing the Webinar for CE credit.
This is the Program with all the bells and whistles – the one that for a full decade (2013-2023) helped hundreds of students prepare for and successfully pass the State Exam. For that reason, we continue to offer the same package that worked for test-takers for an entire decade because we know (documented fact) that it works!
So, although prelicensing course instruction is no longer required, we want those studying for the State Exam to have access to the (newly revised) Alabama Title Insurance Agent Program live-stream audio-broadcast (Webinar) which is based on the (newly revised) Alabama Study Manual for Title Insurance 5th Edition.
For those seeking licensure, the Alabama Title Agent State Exam is based on the Alabama Study Manual for Title Insurance 5th Edition.
Important Notes for all Three Program Options
- The Program is a Live-Stream, Audio-Broadcast (Webinar). It is NOT an on-demand self-study Program.
- ALDOI Course Provider #23301904 [The Koogler Group].
- The Program is offered by The Koogler Group, LLC in partnership with the Southeast Land Title Association [SLTA] a multi-state Industry Trade Association.
- The Program is instructed by Karen Koogler, CEO of The Koogler Group, and author of the Alabama Study Manual for Title Insurance [course textbook].
Those Attending the Program for Exam-Prep Purposes
- Those applying for licensure must still pass the applicable State Exam.
- This Program may (voluntarily) be used for State Exam-Prep purposes (to aid comprehension of the textbook). The State Exam is based solely on the Alabama Study Manual for Title Insurance.
- NON-LICENSEES attending the Program solely for the purpose of preparing for the State Exam are NOT required to attend all Sessions, nor are they required to submit Session Code Phrases.
- Prospective licensees (for Exam-Prep purposes) will NOT receive a Certificate of Completion, as prelicensing courses are no longer required in Alabama effective January 1, 2024.
- Those registering for the Full Program – which includes two-time access to the live-stream audio-lecture Webinar – will be required to provide their Alabama Title Agent License Number (post-licensure) and complete/update their Student ID Form PRIOR to attending Webinar for Continuing Education (CE) purposes.
Those Attending the Program for Post-Licensure CE-CLE Purposes
- Attendees seeking CE-CLE credit MUST attend all Sessions, each of which contain five fifty-minute Audio Lectures. For Attendance Tracking purposes, each lecture contains an embedded Code Phrase. To obtain a CE-CLE Certificate of Completion, Attendees MUST email all Code Phrases within 20 minutes following each Session. This method of Attendance Tracking has been approved by the ALDOI and the Alabama Bar for those seeking CE-CLE accreditation. Failure to submit one Code Phrase may result in a mandatory session quiz. Failure to submit multiple Code Phrases may result in a mandatory Final Course Exam.
- Title Agents must be LICENSED prior to taking the Webinar for CE credit. Therefore, if you register for the Full Program and take the Webinar to help prepare for the State Exam (first-time access) you must repeat the Webinar (second-time access) and submit all Code Phrases in order to obtain CE credit (ALDOI requirement). Note: Two-time Webinar access is a BONUS Feature and is only available with the Full Program Option.
- The Post-Licensure CE-CLE Program has been approved by the Mandatory Continuing Legal Education Commission of Alabama for a maximum of 16.7 hours credit, including 1 hour of ethics. MCLE credits are for Alabama Attorney-Agents only.
- The Post-Licensure CE-CLE Program has been approved by the ALDOI for 20-Hours of Continuing Education (CE) credit for Licensed Title Agents. ALDOI Course #6000159154.
- Those registering for the Post-Licensure CE-CLE Program MUST insert their Alabama Title Agent License Number and/or Alabama Bar Number in the Comments Box at point of Registration.
